Intimate Confessions of a Chinese Courtesan (1972) by Chor Yuen

In the vast filmography of both Shaw Brothers and Chor Yuen, “Confessions of a Chinese Courtesan” manages to stand out, due to its disregards for the taboos of the era and its permeating eroticism, which occasionally reaches the borders of sleaziness.
“Confessions of a Chinese Courtesan” will screen at the Old Kung Fu Fest, that will be on in New York, August 18-20.
Beautiful Ainu is abducted and sold to the infamous Four Seasons Brothel, who is run by the notorious Lady Chun. Ainu resists in the beginning, in a series of actions that lead her into being locked into a dungeon. Eventually, one of the people in the brothel tries to free her, but meets the rage of Lady Chun, who kills him brutally. The H Collective’s Wolf Warrior 2 Enters Top 100 Box Office Films of All Time

Wolf Warrior 2, which is developed and produced by The H Collective and Beijing Culture, has become the first non-Hollywood movie to enter the top 100 box office films of all time.
After being played at 32 locations this past weekend and has accumulated close to $2 million at the box office in the U.S., the movie made its entrance to China market and up to now has generated more than $685 million. With this record, Wolf Warrior 2 is the biggest film ever released in China.
Chairman of Beijing Culture and board member of The H Collective, Song Ge said, “Beijing Culture started the stunt casting and storytelling as well as the action design for Wolf Warrior 2 with some key members of the H Collective two years ago.
