The Year's Best Date Movie Is Returning to Theaters Next Week

Fact is, any movie these days can be a good date movie, depending on the various eclectic moviegoing tastes of you and your significant other. You both like comedy? See something funny. You both like horror? See something scary. But in our opinion, the perfect date movie is one that fuels the entire date night. If you plan to grab a bite to eat before or after the movie, it's great when the actual movie can be a part of that experience too. This is why Jon Favreau's Chef is a bit of a special movie, and it's not just us who think that. After its debut in early May, Chef inched across the nation and slowly grossed $30 million, which is pretty spectacular for a small indie flick in a season full of giant, explosive moneymakers. It's become such a fan favorite that Open...

19 August 2014 11:13 AM, PDT

Don’t expect any major changes from Suzanne Collins’ 2010 novel in the upcoming Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, but there will be a few new details. “Instead of changing the plot and changing characters what we did was have the opportunity to show scenes that could have been happening at different times in the book,” director Francis Lawrence told Entertainment Weekly, which premiered the below new image of Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss. “For us it’s world expansion instead of changing things. I think it’s exciting for the fan to see certain things. So we’ve been able to open the world up in this and see some new places. We get to see some new districts this time and the scope gets quite large.”  ...

He told The Independent, "It would be different if I lived on the streets of Chicago and ate garbage from a dumpster. We just drank and smoked weed and worked minimal hours, 15-20 hours per week, just enough to cover gas, food and fishing supplies. You know, it was charming time." Quite charming indeed, as this photo proves. Pratt managed to dig the image up, which he recently shared on Facebook. Not only does it show him with the van, but you'll note that it's a Scooby-Doo van, to boot. Pretty cool, brah!   (function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs...
