Margot Robbie's 'Harleen Quinzel' Does Motorbike Stunt In Suicide Squad Set Photos And Video

Before she and the Joker (Jared Leto) go riding through Gotham with Batman hot on their trail, Harley Quinn or Harleen Quinzel (Margot Robbie) will be in pursuit of the Clown Prince of Chaos leading up to some sort of domestic dispute as revealed in previous Suicide Squad set photos. Now it appears that filming last night had involved scenes that will seemingly take place in between that chase and the dispute, with the latest set photos and footage (via Margot Source and Instagram) showing Robbie performing a stunt on a Harley(?) motorcycle to bring the "Jokermobile" to a halt. Check out the Suicide Squad set photos and quick footage below, as well as some great great shots of Ben Affleck's Caped Crusader (double) behind the wheel of his Batmobile. Forget Jurrassic World, Watch Kung Fury Now

“Nothing is worth doing if you’re not overdoing it.”  Thursday, May 28th saw the release of one of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns of all time and one of the most popular indie projects in Kickstarter’s history.  It started in a basement in the north of Sweden with a pretty good computer and a guy who was fed up with his day job. David Sandberg, 28, moved in with his mother and started working on his short film project Kung Fury, an homage to 80's action movies and what most people would call "a long shot.” Given the difficulty and expense of hiring a lead actor, Sandberg decided to take on the role himself. He also brought his friends onboard to contribute— who can say no to dinosaurs and Vikings in the same movie? The process towards shooting the film and making a 3 minute trailer began.  Friendship and teamwork »

Nazneen Contractor & Dylan Bruce Set For Recurring Roles On Heroes Reborn

Tim Kring has added two more faces to his Heroes Reborn ensemble, ahead of the show's debut on NBC next fall. According to reports by Deadline, Orphan Black's Dylan Bruce and Covert Affairs star Nazneen Contractor have joined the ever-expanding guest cast for the Heroes revival series. Contractor will play 'Farah', a "mysterious" woman who is "militant, tough and stoic" - perhaps a colleague of Jack Coleman's 'Noah Bennet' at The Company? Details on Bruce's role are more scarce, but comic-book fans may recognise the actor from his recurring arc on Arrow Season 2 as Assistant District Attorney 'Adam Donner' last year.  Despite bringing back a few familiar faces from Heroes, Kring appears to have stayed true to his word, and largely focused on new characters this time out. Are you excited for Heroes Reborn, or do you think the show should have never been resurrected? Sign off with your thoughts below! »

Looks Like Deadpool Has Wrapped! Ryan Reynolds Thanks Fans For Their Support

After the debacle that was X-Men Origins: Wolverine, most fans never truly expected to see an R-rated Deadpool film come to life on the big screen. One man who never seemed to give up was star Ryan Reynolds, who shocked the world with that hilarious April Fools reveal last month. Since then, we've had plenty of goodies from the set of the movie - including some great shots of the Merc-With-a-Mouth in action in that iconic red-and-black suit. That time appears to have come to an end now, with Reynolds announcing the end of principal photography on his Twitter account just moments ago. Never one to go out quietly, it seems he's left the folks in Vancouver one last parting gift:   #Deadpool has been a privilege to make. And we got to make this film because of you. Gonna eat a samich now. #wrapped pic.twitter.com/AMW68HD2BI — Ryan Reynolds (@VancityReynolds) May 29, 2015 Thankfully, »

Don't Expect To See Kang The Conqueror In The Marvel Cinematic Universe

After the immense success of Marvel's space epic Guardians Of The Galaxy, which grossed a cool $774M, last year, its sequel quickly became one of the more hotly anticipated films of 2017 and of Marvel's Phase 3 in general. Director James Gunn only recently began working on the script, and has been fairly open about his process, teasing fans with vague hints about potential new cosmic characters, which may or may not include Nova and/or Adam Warlock. Considering his last film included a cameo by Howard the Duck, it's probably safe to say, Gunn is open to including any cosmic character he can get his hands on to make Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 even better than the original.  However, based on a recent Facebook reply by Gunn, it looks like there may be a few characters he won't get a chance to play with anytime soon. Actually, to be perfectly blunt, »

Editorial: DrDoom's Top Ten Villains In The Marvel Cinematic Universe

The Marvel Cinematic Universe can hinge a lot of its success on the strength and popularity of its main protagonists. Characters like Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and even the Guardians of the Galaxy have taken hold of the popular conciousness and ran away with it, turning the McU into one of the most successful media franchises of our time. However, films that only feature superheroes and no one else would be fairly inconsequential, because you would be missing half of what makes superhero stories so remarkable: the villains. The classic struggle between good and evil, and the numerous battles that have taken place between superheroes and their enemies have fueled Marvel comics ever since their inception.  If you ask any fan of comic books to make a list of their top five favourite characters, there is likely going to be at least one villain in the list, if not more. »

Tmnt: First Look At 'Bebop'; & It Seems WWE Superstar Sheamus Is Playing 'Rocksteady'

28 May 2015 3:30 PM, PDT

Well, here's a surprise. Some more images from the set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 have found their way online, and they give us our first look at Shredder's fan-favourite henchman... before they're turned into a humanoid warthog and rhino that is. We also have better shots of Brian Tee as Shredder and Brittany Ishibashi as Karai. The sequel to last year's box office smash also stars Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Stephen Amell, Tyler Perry, and Laura Linney, and is currently shooting in New York. Nicholas D'Agosto's 'Harvey Dent' Bumped Up To Series Regular Status On Gotham

28 May 2015 12:55 PM, PDT

Nicholas D'Agosto made his debut fairly early on in Gotham's first season last year - popping up in episodes 9 and 10 as a key element in the mid-season finale. Sadly the actor, who plays the duplicitous 'Harvey Dent' on the show, only returned for a single episode in the second half of the season. Fans of the character will therefore no doubt be happy to learn that D'Agosto has been bumped up to regular status for next season, per the actor's Twitter account: Thank you to all of you @Gotham and #HarveyDent fans for your enthusiasm. I can't wait to join more of the fun as a regular in Season 2! — Nicholas D'Agosto (@nicholasdagosto) May 27, 2015 What could this mean for Dent? While he's already shown hints of his two-faced personality, this extra focus could signal the arrival of his villainous alter-ego. It is worth noting that regular status has lesser importance »

Andy Serkis' Role In Star Wars: The Force Awakens Finally Revealed

28 May 2015 11:13 AM, PDT

Famed photographer Annie Leibovitz recently visited the set of Star Wars: The Force Awakens for Vanity Fair, revealing many characters from the movie for the first time (include Lupita Nyong'o as mo-cap character Maz Kanata). Asked about Adam Driver's intense and troubled looking Kylo Ren - presumably the movie's man villain - she said: "I’d like to take credit for that, but it’s all Adam. He’s an extraordinary actor. If you talk to J.J. about him, J.J. says, ‘He’s Brando, he’s Brando!’ It’s true. You just ask for a little and you get a lot. I think what’s great about going to the set is, your actors are in that mode. They are in their characters. So even though I didn’t know anything about Adam’s character, he gave us that performance, which was amazing."  Like Nyong'o, Andy Serkis »

Update: Some Great Closeups Of The Bat-Suit In Latest Suicide Squad Set Pics

28 May 2015 9:15 AM, PDT

We had to do a double take to make sure that wasn't Affleck in the Bat-suit, but apparently it's just his stunt double after all. By the looks of things it's also Jared Leto's double driving the car, even though that's unmistakably Margot Robbie as Harley in the passenger's seat. Anyway, we still get some great snaps of the full costume (minus the cape), and it can't be long until we get to see that first face-off between Affleck's Batman amd Jared Leto's Joker. Update: Screencrush has added a few more hi-res pics like the one below. Click Here to see the rest. Directed by David Ayer from his script, Suicide Squad stars Will Smith (Deadshot), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Jared Leto (the Joker), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jai Courtney (Boomerang), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Jessie Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc »

28 May 2015 8:35 AM, PDT

Below you can get your first look at Brian Tee as our new Shredder (sans helmet), and Brittany Ishibashi as Karai as they prepare to shoot a scene for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. In Tmnt lore, Karai is usually portrayed as either Shredder's daughter or granddaughter, but we're not sure if that'll be the case here as no mention was made of it in the first movie. There's also a snap of (presumably) a masked-up member of the Foot Clan. The sequel to last year's box office smash also stars Gary Anthony Williams, Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Stephen Amell, Tyler Perry, and Laura Linney, and is currently shooting in New York. Tmnt 2 (working title "Half-Shell") will be directed by David Green and produced by Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form. The movie hits June 3rd, 2016. »
