First Look at Jamie Dornan in Fifty Shades of Grey Sequel

As "Fifty Shades of Grey" is set to be released on DVD and Blu-ray on May 8th, Universal Pictures has now unveiled the first photo from the sequel, called "Fifty Shades Darker," giving us a look at Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey. Check it out below. It's not clear if the photo is from the actual movie, since the studio has yet to reveal who's direct the second installment. Just recently, it was reported that "Fifty Shades of Grey" director Sam Taylor-Johnson won't return. "Fifty Shades of Grey" is set to hit theaters on February 10th, 2017. First Look at Jared Leto as The Joker from Suicide Squad!

Director David Ayer has just unveiled a photo or Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club) as The Joker from the upcoming "Suicide Squad" comic book film. Check it out below. In addition to Leto, the rest of the cast includes Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Caa Delevingne as Enchantress, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. Trailer for Barely Lethal Action Comedy, with Hailee Steinfeld and Jessica Alba

A24 just unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming "Barely Lethal" action comedy, starring Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit, Ender's Game), Samuel L Jackson and Jessica Alba. Check it out below. In the film, Steinfeld plays Megan, a young international assassin who yearns for a "normal" adolescence, prompting her to fake her own death and enroll in a suburban high school. Alba plays Victoria, Megan's former handler and current nemesis, who enlists Heather (Sophie Turner) to go undercover at the high school and reacquire the runaway. El James' Husband to Write Fifty Shades of Grey Sequel

"Fifty Shades of Grey" was a massive hit for Universal Pictures, grossing almost $570 million worldwide on a budget of $40 million. The next installment has already been announced, but author El James has been demanding some changes. Sam Taylor-Johnson won't return as the director and now comes word that James has convinced the studio to hire her husband, Niall Leonard to write the script for "Fifty Shades Darker." Leonard worked on the British series "Wire in the Blood" and "Wild at Heart." He also did uncredited rewrites on the first film. "Fifty Shades Darker" will bring back Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele. It's expected to hit theaters in 2017. A director has yet to be hired. »

Five Actors in Talks for Spider-Man Reboot

It was recently reported that Sony Pictures teamed up with Marvel on the future of the Spider-Man franchise. The superhero will next appear in "Captain America 3: Civil War" on May 6th, 2016 and then get his own solo film on July 28th, 2017. Sony and Marvel have no interest in bringing back Andrew Garfield and have been discussing making Peter Parker a teenager. And now that the studios have about 2-3 weeks left before they have to pick an actor to play the role, we get a list of who is being considered. Thanks to The Wrap, we know that the contenders are Nat Wolff (The Fault in Our Stars), Asa Butterfield (Ender's Game, Hugo), Tom Holland (In the Heart of the Sea), Timothee Chalamat (Interstellar) and Liam James (The Way Way Back). Meanwhile, Drew Goddard (The Cabin in the Woods) remains the frontrunner to direct the new "Spider-Man" movie. »

21 Jump Street Directors to Helm Animated Spider-Man Movie

At Sony's presentation at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, Tom Rothman announced that directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (21 Jump Street, 22 Jump Street, The Lego Movie, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs) will direct an animated "Spider-Man" movie. The film will exist independently of the projects in the live-action Spider-Man universe. Lord and Miller will also write the treatment for the movie and produce. The animated film will then hit theaters on July 20th, 2018. Meanwhile, the live-action Spider-Man will first appear in "Captain America 3: Civil War" and then get his own film on July 28th, 2017. »

Poster for Jake Gyllenhaal's Southpaw Boxing Film

After losing 25 pounds to star in "Nightcrawler," Jake Gyllenhaal transformed his body again to play a championship prize fighter in "Southpaw," a role that originally had Eminem attached. And today we have the poster for the film, for which Gyllenhaal had to gain 15 pounds of muscle and cut down on the majority of body fat. He accomplished this by training two times a day, seven days a week. Plot: The story focuses on Billy "The Great" Hope, Junior Middleweight Boxing Champion of the World. We already know that Jared Leto will play the Joker in the upcoming "Suicide Squad" comic book film. The actor has been posting photos of himself with green hair, but never a shot of what he'll actually look like in the movie. Today, we have a blurry photo of what looks to be the final version of what Leto will look like on the screen. The photo was taken from a distance and features the actor showing a photo on his phone. Transformers 5 Coming in 2017

Last month, it was revealed that Paramount Pictures was moving forward with a plan that would expand the "Transformers" franchise into not only sequels, but also spin-offs. Now, during an earnings call, Hasbro spoke about the plan, revealing when the next sequel will be released. "You may have read something about some writers being hired," said Brian Goldner, CEO of Hasbro. "We have in fact brought in [Akiva Goldsman] to lead a group of writers to really create a strategic plan around 'Transformers.' We think there's any number of stories to be told. It's a brand that's been around for 30 years with amazing canon and mythology. We would expect the sequel to the 'Transformers' movie to happen in 2017." New Jurassic World Trailer is Here!

Universal Pictures has unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming "Jurassic World," starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Vincent D'Onofrio, Judy Greer, Omar Sy, Bd Wong, Jake Johnson, Irrfan Khan, and Idris Elba. Check it out below. In the film, a laboratory in the park will create dinosaurs by splicing in DNA from other animals. Eventually one of these hybrids will go out of control and terrorize the visitors.
