It seems that the initials 'Sk' in Bollywood are indeed lucky and how! No wonder you have successful stars like Salman Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor... all of them sharing a common initials 'Sk'.

Talking about Shraddha Kapoor, we got an update (from our reliable sources, of course!) that she is now all set to be the brand ambassador of Lipton Tea. And, as a part of the brand promotions, the brand has devised a teaser campaign which sees Shraddha as an 'oversized' girl. The source also added that even though she looks fat in the ad, the fact of the matter is that she looks as endearing as always!

Sonam Kapoor admitted to hospital due to swine flu

Sonam Kapoor, who was recently admitted and discharged from hospital in Mumbai, resumed work on her under production film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo that features her alongside Salman Khan. Now we hear that the actress who was shooting for the film at Gondal near Rajkot in Rajasthan was admitted to the Sterling hospital there. Sonam Kapoor was admitted after suffering from high fever, at the hospital she underwent x-ray and a blood test. »

Ekta Kapoor to release XXX on the same day as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi

B A Pass director Ajay Bahls next is Story

He took critics and audiences by surprise with his elegant erotica in his debut film B A Pass. Since then director Ajay Bahl has been trying to put together his second project. An ugly parting with the Bhatts over Citylights which Hansal Mehta finally directed and a couple of other aborted projects and now Bahl is ready to direct his second film. Revealing details the soft-spoken director says, "It is a film entitled Story about the adventures of a crime reporter. It is a political thriller set in Delhi. The protagonist is a crime journalist." And yes, Story will star the B A Pass actress Shilpa Shukla, last seen in the embarrassing comedy Crazy Cukkad Family. Ranveer Singh suffers ligament tear on sets of Bajirao Mastani

Ranveer Singh, who has been in the headlines ever since the controversial Aib roast session, has apparently hurt himself while filming Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani. News is that Ranveer was riding a horse while filming an action sequence when he was pushed and got injured, sustaining a ligament tear in his shoulder. Though immediate first aid was administered and the shoot completed, Ranveer Singh was later taken to hospital. Tweeting about the same Ranveer posted, "As for the injury, I'm fine. Mard ko Dard nahi hota....aur badi badi filmon mein aisi chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hain ;) #shithappens". Currently, doctors have advised the actor complete rest for the next few days. Priyanka Chopra inks deal for Us TV show Quantico

It certainly seems like Indian film stars have fast begun to charm the western audiences. In fact after Nimrat Kaur and Mallika Sherawat featuring in American TV shows we hear that Priyanka Chopra who has been jetting to and fro from La has been roped in for a new TV show called Quantico. Vidhu Vinod Chopra wife Anupama and son down with swine flu

The recent past has seen a surge in reportings of people contracting swine flu. Now we hear that producer director Vidhu Vinod Chopra (Vvc) has fallen ill with the same. Apparently, Vidhu contracted the ailment along with his wife and film critic Anupama Chopra and son Agni. Tweeting about the ailment and confirming the news Anupama posted, "Folks, I have been felled by swine flu. So no reviews this week. Do send me yours - tell me what I missed!" Apparently the Chopras fell ill a couple of days ago, while father and son have been admitted to Jaslok hospital Anupama is said to be recuperating at home. Minister of I and B declines to accept Pahlaj Nihalanis list of cuss-word list

It has come as a sigh of relief for filmmakers that the Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Rajyavardhan Rathore has now announced that Bollywood will not be required to follow the cuss word list made by the new chief of the Censor Board of Film Certification (Cbfc), Pahlaj Nihalani. The decision came after certain reputed filmmakers decided to consult the Ministry of I&B after Pahlaj passed the order of banning cuss words from films. Pahlaj Nihalani decided to take matters into his own hands when films started using many cuss words as a part of the screenplay and he ordered the ban of over 28 words to be used in the film. It included words like 'harami', 'bastard' and he even refused to allow the 'Bombay' to be a part of the film because the city is now termed 'Mumbai'. Shruti Haasan sings for Main Gabbar

Actress Shruti Haasan has been pursuing the art of singing since childhood. While we got a glimpse of her vocal skills in Tevar and Shamitabh, now the actress will be continuing the trend for her next upcoming film Main Gabbar.

Shruti Haasan, who had a special appearance in Tevar for the item song 'Madamiyan', had lent her voice to Sonakshi Sinha for the melodious track 'Joganiyan' and later, for her sister Akshara Haasan in Shamitabh for the song 'Sannata'. And now, we hear that she has sung for the Akshay Kumar starrer Main Gabbar too. However, unlike her previous numbers, this time around, the song in question will feature Shruti, who is playing the female lead in the action drama. Fire breaks out on sets of Remo Dsouzas Abcd 2

Remo D'souza's sequel to the 2013 dance hit Abcd, featuring Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Prabhu Deva, Allu Arjun, and Lauren Gottlieb has been picking up steam. While the shoot of the film is currently underway, we hear that the makers have hit a setback of sorts with a fire breaking out on sets of the film.

Apparently, a fire broke out on the sets of Abcd 2 at Film City, on Thursday, while the team was shooting for a dance competition sequence which included both lead actors Varun and Shraddha along with numerous others. Thankfully everyone was evacuated with the fire brigade arriving on scene after half an hour. While no one was injured in the mishap, shooting is said to resume soon.

Tweeting about the same Varun Dhawan posted, "There was a fire and our set got burnt down.We safely evacuated 600 people and we will be back to work tomorrow. »

Masaba Gupta - Madhu Mantena to marry in November

Producer Madhu Mantena is all set to marry designer Masaba Gupta in November. The wedding is being planned as a lavish affair. The engagement scheduled for March 10 at the Marriott hotel in Mumbai would be an intimate affair attended by close friends and family. Badmashiyaan makers opt for out of court settlement

The legal crisis faced by director Amit Khanna's naughty rom-com Badmashiyaan has finally been resolved. The beleaguered film which was due for release on February 27, would now be released on March 6. For those who came in late, the film found itself in a bit of a fix when the makers of another forthcoming Hindi film Mango directed by Abbas Tyrewala claimed that Badmashiyaan seemed similar to a Korean film titled Couples for which the makers of Mango had acquired the official remake rights. On the basis of the complaint made by the makers of Mango (Msm Motion Pictures) the honourable Delhi High Court had restrained the release of Badmashiyaan. But this week in an out-of-court settlement the producers of Badmashiyaan were able to secure the release of their film. John Abraham starrer Force sequel to be directed by Abhinay Deo

Way back in 2011, John Abraham's action packed and tattooed avatar became popular, courtesy the film Force. Starring Genelia D'Souza, this suspense cop drama revolving around the drug mafia, was a remake of a popular Tamil blockbuster directed by Gautham Menon titled Kaakha, Kaakha. And now, producer Vipul Shah decided to make a sequel to Force titled Force 2. Though Force was directed by Nishikant Kamat, for the sequel the makers have roped in another director. Abhinay Deo, who last directed the popular thriller series '24', the Indian counterpart of the American series by the same name, will be seen donning the director's hat for Force 2. Release of Ganesh Acharyas Hey Bro postponed to March 6

Earlier we gave our readers a sneak peak at what to expect from choreographer turned actor Ganesh Acharya's Hey Bro. Now we hear that the release of the film has been postponed. In fact Hey Bro that was initially slated to release this Friday, February 27, has been pushed to release on March 6. Confirming the postponement of the film Ganesh's manager Shekhar says, "Yes the release of Hay Bro has been postponed. The film will now release on March 6." However when prodded about the reason for the delay he says, "Ganeshji is not in town and will be landing later today, once he is here we will have more clarity on the delay, as of now I do not really know the reason." Salman Khans verdict on poaching case delayed to March 3

Amidst his ongoing hit and run case, yet another legal tangle that superstar Salman Khan is wrapped up in is that of the black buck poaching case. The Fir which was filed against the actor and his co-stars at a local police station in Rajasthan in 1998 stated that the actor and his friends had hunted down three chinkaras in Jodhpur, due to which they were arrested on the charges of harming animals. The case which has been in the Rajasthan court for over a decade, was to arrive on a verdict today, February 25, but has now been delayed owing to a nine year old plea. According to Salman Khan's lawyers, they had filed four applications to bring in a few witnesses in 2006 which was left pending by the court. Rajkumar Santoshi signs Armaan Jain for his next

Armaan Jain, cousin of Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, who made his debut last year with the film Lekar Hum Deewana Dil is all set for his next venture.
