Kristen Stewart Gives Insight Into Bella in ‘Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ and Talks Adele for ‘Snow White’ Inspiration
15 hours ago
The Chicago Sun-Times has a fantastic interview with the beautiful Kristen Stewart as she has a look at both Bella Cullen and Snow White in their respective films, Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and Snow White and The Huntsman. Here Kristen really gives voice to the way she feels that Bella has achieved what she wants in her life and is looking forward to her future in Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (and beyond). Kristen also spoke about how music from Adele gave her the passion she needed for certain scenes in Snow White and The Huntsman. Read it all below:
“How do I compare Bella from ‘Breaking Dawn’ with Snow White?” she poses. “I guess the only actual comparison — and a million could be drawn — is that they are both very, very strong matriarchs that need to find that position in life. They’re both icons.”
“I had Adele on my iPod all the time while doing Snow White,” she says. “I choreographed whole marches with the army behind me to Adele in my one ear.
“Adele is really good for the Snow White story. Almost oddly good. She hits the nail on the head for me, and her words are incredible.”
Stewart also has a little film called “Breaking Dawn, Part 2” out this fall. It’s the last in the “Twilight Saga” films. “We shot both movies at the same time completely out of sequence,” she says.
The finale brings Bella to a satisfying conclusion. “Bella is a woman who is always looking towards her future and what she will achieve,” she says. “Ultimately in the last movie, she gets what she wants. She is finally a vampire/human woman who is married and a mother. She’s important and relevant.
“So much happens to her that it was a bit overwhelming,” Stewart says. “But it gave me so much energy every single day to tell the rest of her story.”

Fan Art For Renesmee in the New ‘Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ Character Poster Style
16 hours ago
You may have already seen this poster floating around on the web already, but it’s simply way to good to pass up! We were finally treated to some official, lovely new character posters for Breaking Dawn – Part 2, which gave us a peek at most importantly a very fierce vampire Bella, and then Edward and Jacob as well. Of course the big question that looms over everyone’s mind these days when it comes to Breaking Dawn – Part 2, is just what does Renesmee look like? Twilighters across the world have been patiently waiting to see just a tiny glimpse of the half-human, half-vampire baby turn little girl. Here it looks like one fan, who appears to be Deviant Art artist, Nikola94, has taken those new Breaking Dawn – Part 2 character posters for inspiration and made one for Renesmee. Check out the awesome poster below:
What do you think? Is this what you hope Renesmee will look like when she’s just a little older? I love this poster, it looks so fantastic, I’m really hoping it ends up being kind of close to the real thing.
Go Check out all of Nikola94′s awesome posters, including ones for Irina and Benjamin as well!

Stephenie Meyer Misses Rob And Kristen On Set
Aww, I bet it would be weird to not have Kristen and Rob on set after filming 5 movies together!
It sounds like we won’t be getting any Twilight any time soon from Stephenie, but at least it sounds like we’ll be getting more from The Host. What do you think, are people getting sick of vampires? »

Robert Pattinson Talks a Little ‘Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ at Cannes
28 May 2012 10:55 PM, PDT
Robert Pattinson has had a very busy week as he worked to promote and premiere his newest film, Cosmopolis, at the Cannes Film Festival. In addition Rob also showed up at the Festival to support co-star Kristen Stewart’s film On The Road. Here we have a little soundbite that Rob gave, as reported by Toronto.com, where Rob gives us his thoughts on the changing world for Breaking Dawn – Part 2, and how it’s already starting with those new posters. Read more below:
Pattinson said Part 2 will be quite different from Part 1, beginning with the newly released posters, which show individual characters instead of group scenes. The posters have solo shots of Pattinson and also Kristen Stewart, his real-life girlfriend who plays his newly transformed vampire bride Bella in Breaking Dawn.
“I’m excited about the last book coming out because it’s quite different,” Pattinson said.
“Even the posters. I just saw the posters the other day and . . . suddenly there’s a different look. Because all our posters have been exactly the same, until the last one. It’s crazy. I kind of like them.”
Breaking Dawn—Part 2 breaks new ground for the series, too.
“The movie is funny as well, which is weird.
“It’s strange. I guess the first one was quite body horror-y (and) creepy.
“This one is so odd, that it becomes kind of funny. Now that Bella’s not human, they’re just on Mars now. Everyone in it is a lunatic!”

Exclusive MTV Interviews with Stephenie Meyer from the Set of ‘The Host’
28 May 2012 10:38 PM, PDT
MTV really was the lucky dog of the journalist world to get exclusive time not just on the set of The Host, but some pretty lengthy one-on-one time with author, Stephnie Meyer as well. In this series of interviews we get to hear from Stephenie about why she realized they had to cast Saoirse Ronan as the lead, the “enourmous” cave that The Host is filmed in, and why she can’t write while she’s working on movie sets. The Cast of The Host
Speaking to the film’s romance, Irons admitted that he enjoyed the struggle Jared has in wanting to be close to Melanie, but knowing in the back of his mind that he can’t. We watched Ronan and Irons film one of their more emotionally charged scenes that involved Jared trying not to kiss Melanie.
“Jared’s struggle is when Melanie returns, she was the love of his life and he lost her, but then she walks back into his life,” Irons explained. “He wants to hold her, but the rational part of his mind is saying she needs to be killed.”
From the looks of things on set, this big-screen adaptation has major potential to strike a chord among Meyer’s dedicated fanbase. The author told us that she’s enjoyed her involvement in the production and that being on the cave sets was particularly magical for her.
“It was so awesome. The cave set was enormous, it was vast, they’re just so cool, so much fun to walk on,” Meyer enthused. “It was kind of like someone built something out of your imagination just for you.”

Stephenie Meyer Comments on ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ and ‘The Hunger Games’
28 May 2012 9:48 PM, PDT
Just like the (very) old days of Twilight Tuesdays, back when Twilight was first being filmed, MTV was lucky enough to get on set and behind-the-scenes while filming took place on The Host. Here MTV’s Josh Horowitz chats with Stephenie regarding both her thoughts on the Twilight fan fiction – turned novel, Fifty Shades of Grey as well as her thoughts on the films for The Hunger Games. Enjoy the video below:
Get More: Movie Trailers, Movies Blog
I love how much of a fan of The Hunger Games that Stephenie is. I especially love that just like your typical fan, she’s already casting characters in her head, such as Finnick. It’s also very interesting that Stephenie is so very un-interested in Fifty Shades since it started as fan fiction from her characters, but it’s pretty big of her to just wish that author well.
What did you think of Stephenie’s thoughts on both The Hunger Games and Fifty Shades? »
