Under the Dome's Britt Robertson: Will Angie Survive?
30 June 2013 4:29 PM, PDT
Surprisingly, it's not a bad thing that Angie McAlister is locked up in a fallout shelter by crazed ex-fling Junior Rennie on Under the Dome — because at least it means she's alive.
In the Stephen King book, on which the CBS series is based, Angie actually died before the dome descended upon Chester's Mill, meaning Britt Robertson has already long outlived her novel counterpart. But the question remains how long she'll actually live since the deranged Junior (Alexander Koch) locked her up in his father's (Dean Norris) fallout shelter. To get the scoop on what's in store for those crazy love birds (sarcasm!), TVGuide.com turned to Robertson:

Weekend Playlist: Showtime's Ray Donovan and Dexter
28 June 2013 5:24 AM, PDT
Fixer, fix thyself. Easier said than done in the gaudy cesspool of soul-sucking mendacity we call Hollywood, where Ray Donovan plies his gruff trade as the strong and silent go-to problem-solver of the stars. Showtime's Ray Donovan (Sunday, 10/9c), the summer's best and boldest new show, is a Scandal for the serious-minded: outrageously compelling and teeming with sinister surprise, yet never seeming crazily sensational as it goes to emotional and violent extremes.

28 June 2013 5:02 AM, PDT
Liev Schreiber is joking that he could use a Ray Donovan right about now. The title character Schreiber plays on Showtime's new drama is a fixer for the Los Angeles elite — the guy you call when your agent, lawyer, manager, publicist, Pilates instructor and raw-food chef can't help you with a crisis. A high-priced-hooker habit? A taste for drugs? A gorgeous corpse in the bathtub? That's when Ray steps in with a plan.

True Blood: Who Is Sookie Stackhouse’s Best Love Interest?
27 June 2013 5:23 PM, PDT

Why Reality TV is Good for Us
27 June 2013 3:05 PM, PDT
People love to demonize reality TV as evidence of decay in Western society, but have these people actually seen a reality show lately? They aren't all vehicles of Schadenfreude and exploitation. And even so, what's wrong with that? Even Jersey Shore has its purpose.
Contrary to popular belief, reality TV serves a variety of useful and important functions and I, for one, am a better person because of it. Here's why:
