Mason Jar Music, the innovative Brooklyn-based collective, has built a name for itself over the last three years as a company that pushes the boundaries of modern technology while maintaining classic “analog principles”. Kelly and Ciara, the Bet Awards finished strong with Janelle Monáe and Erykah Badu’s performance of “Q.U.E.E.N.” The singer and her dance entourage all grooved in classy black-and-white ensembles in front of a monochrome backdrop, reminding everyone of Monáe’s R&B queen status.
