Gwyneth Paltrow Offering Her Advice On Relationships

Gwyneth Paltrow has been offering advice on relationships. The actress - who is married to Coldplay singer Chris Martin, was previously engaged to Brad Pitt and dated Ben Affleck - compiled tips from experts to help people survive the "ever-evolving organism" of their romances.

She wrote in her Goop newsletter: "A long-term relationship between two people is an ever-evolving organism. Some stay the course, some fall, all stumble."

"I asked a few very wise women, most of whom are in varying forms of long-time partnerships, for their insights."

One expert who offered tips was Monica Berg, creative director at the Kabbalah center in Los Angeles, who claimed marriages need constant work.

Gerard Butler Says He "Is In Heaven" Working With Jennifer Aniston

Gerard Butler says he is "in heaven" working with Jennifer Aniston - further fuelling romance rumors.

The Scottish actor, who has been repeatedly linked to his "The Bounty" co-star, has formed a close bond with the former "Friends" beauty since meeting on the set of their new movie.

The 39-year-old hunk explained: "She is one classy lady. Everyday I go to work with her I'm always surprised about how cool, easy and down to earth and real she is."

"I'm in New York right now filming and I'm in heaven. I can't always say that about movies, but to be filming this romantic comedy with Jennifer and a story that made my side split when I read it - I'm lucky. I'm happy as a pig in s**t, as they say."

Farrah Fawcett Posthumously Nominated For An Emmy Award

Farrah Fawcett has been posthumously nominated for an Emmy award. The late actress received the nod for her role as executive producer of special documentary 'Farrah's Story' - an account of her battle against cancer, aired shortly before she died last month.

The 'Charlie's Angels' actress was previously nominated for Emmys three times during her career, but never won.

Farrah's long-term partner Ryan O'Neal said yesterday as the awards were announced: "I know that she is smiling that fabulous smile right now in heaven, and that she is grateful the show has been so well received not only by her peers in the industry but by the public at large."

Meanwhile, 'Grey's Anatomy' star Chandra Wilson - who is presenting an award at the Los Angeles ceremony, to be held on Sunday September 20 - was tricked by the show's organizers into thinking she hadn't been nominated.

Kate Moss To Captain Her Own Boat

Kate Moss is set to captain her own boat. The supermodel has hired a barge for her best friend's hen weekend and has organized a cruise down the River Thames, which includes stop-offs to several pubs along the way.

A source said: "Kate's booked a barge for 10 people for a weekend over the summer starting near her Cotswolds home. She's found some great riverside boozers."

"Then they'll head to Oxford where they'll spend the evening at a top five-star hotel."

Kate is maid of honor at Jess Hallett's Italian wedding next month. The pair have been friends for over a decade and met when Jess became Kate's booker at her agency Storm Models.

Brangelina Want To Make "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" Sequel

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie want to make a sequel to 'Mr and Mrs Smith'.

The Hollywood couple - who met and fell in love on the set of the 2005 movie - are reportedly keen to film a follow-up as they think it will help put the passion back in their relationship.

A source close to Brad and Angelina - who raise six children together - said: "They're hoping lightning will strike twice and they can re-spark the magnetism that captivated them five years ago.

"It's no secret that relationship-wise, Brad and Angie are on the ropes. The stress of raising six kids and juggling two red-hot careers is wearing them down."

Model Maggie VandenBerghe Staging Noteworthy Film Debut In "Aliens In The Attic"

In the summer blockbuster fluster, it is easy to overlook promising acting talent when large explosions and high speed car chases overwhelm in spectacle. Rookie model-turned-actress Maggie VandenBerghe hopes her pending introduction to feature film audience won't be similarly eclipsed when 20th Century Fox's Aliens in the Attic premiers this July 31.

The movie follows the comedic mishaps of a vacationing family in Maine as they interact with houseguests from outer space. In a bid to lay claim to the vacation home, a series of human v. alien skirmishes ensue.

On her role as Annie Filkins, the former model expresses the experience was a "dream come true."

U2 Frontman Bono And Former British Pm Tony Blair Tapped As Speakers At Leadership Summit

U2's Bono is set to speak at an upcoming leadership summit with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. The musician and the politician were invited to take part in The Leadership Summit 2009, which will be broadcast worldwide.

Willow Creek Association is hosting the event live on August 6 and 7. More than 60,000 leaders are expected to attend in over 200 satellite locations across the country. It will also be re-broadcast to 134 cities in 28 languages and 55 countries to an additional 40,000 leaders worldwide this fall.

Bono and Blair are just among those invited to speak at the event. The music icon plans to provide a progress report on his challenge three years ago to the Summit attendees to take up cause against HIV and AIDS.

The Annual Leadership Summit will be exploring timely leadership principles from some of today's leaders and thinkers.

Hooded Jackets For Kids Pulled Out From Stores Due To Entrapment Hazard

A number of hooded jackets for kids has been pulled out from the market. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of around 4,400 jackets from distributor Emh Associates Inc. of New York.

The said jackets are deemed unsafe for children. Its drawstring around the waist can pose an entrapment hazard to the kids.

They are described as having Rb number 115036 and style numbers WD36687 or WD36689 and were sold in sizes 7/8 through 16 in turquoise and brown plaid, pink, and orange and brown plaid.

They were made in China and were sold at Meijers Stores from July 2008 for around .

Kylie Minogue Gives Boyfriend A Diva Smackdown

Kylie Minogue, 41, slapped Spanish model Andres Velencoso in the face during an argument outside the B Bar, in New York, earlier this week.

An onlooker said: "At some point, Kylie and Andres got separated. When Kylie found him, she slapped him in the face with a fan. Then she yelled at him for making her wait outside while he stayed inside and got another drink."

Despite their heated bust-up, the couple are expected to confirm their engagement soon.

The 'Wow' singer is even converting to Catholicism so she can have a traditional church wedding to Andres, 31, who she has dated since last November.

Singer Pink Attacked By Frog

The 'So What' singer was enjoying a bike trip in Australia with husband Carey Hart, but when the pair stopped for a toilet break the excited amphibian jumped at Pink's face.

A source said: "They were relieving themselves by the road when a frog jumped up and hit Pink bang in the eyes. She freaked."

Luckily, the 29-year-old star - real name Alecia Moore - was not injured by the slimy creature.

Earlier this month, Pink revealed she was taking time off from her 'Funhouse' tour to head off on a road trip with motocross racer Carey.

Madonna has been left "devastated" after a man was killed while setting up the stage for her concert.

The '4 Minutes' singer paid tribute to the 53-year Frenchman, who died after the roof of the set caved in at Marseille's Velodrome Stadium. Six other crew members were seriously injured.

Madonna, who is currently on the European leg of her 'Sticky and Sweet' world tour, said: "I'm devastated at the tragic news. My prayers go to those who were injured and their families."

The 50-year-old pop star was told of the death while she was rehearsing for her concert at Friuli Stadium, in Udine, Italy, yesterday (7.16.09).

Michael Jackson Will Be More Popular Than The Beatles or Elvis Boasts Tito

Tito Jackson says his brother Michael will become more popular than The Beatles or Elvis Presley now he is dead.

The former member of the Jackson Five - the group which launched his brother's stratospheric career - has revealed Michael was bitter critics never classed him as one of the all-time truly great musicians during his lifetime.

Tito said: "Michael always wanted people to think he was the greatest. I knew that, millions and millions of people knew that, but the media would never say it.

"They would never give him his due, even though he had all the records to prove it. They kept him below the mega-stardom reserved for Elvis and The Beatles. They would never put his name next to them. That's all he wanted when he was living."

La District Attorney Now Admits Jackson Death Being Investigated As Homicide

Michael Jackson's death is being treated as a "criminal investigation".

Despite denying reports the late singer's passing last month is being investigated as a homicide by the Los Angeles Police Department, the city's district attorney's office has now admitted there is to be a legal probe into the passing of Michael - who was allegedly addicted to prescription drugs and used several aliases to obtain them.

A spokesperson for the district attorney's office said: "There have been conversations by district attorney personnel with police and coroner's officials in connection with the ongoing investigation.

"It is common for law enforcement agencies throughout Los Angeles County to be in contact with the District Attorney's Office during criminal investigations. We provide legal assistance to law enforcement, if asked. No case has been formally presented to the office for evaluation at this time."

Actress Mischa Barton Hospitalized On Involuntary Psychiatric Detention

The former 'O.C.' actress was taken to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center by police on Wednesday (15.07.09), after being placed under a 5150 hold - a piece of Us legislation which means she poses a danger to herself or others.

Website 'Access Hollywood' reports: "A source close to the situation claimed that Barton was placed under Section 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code by police and transported to Cedars-Sinai."

The code states people can be forcibly held if they are deemed a danger to themselves or others, are gravely disabled or have a mental disorder. Under its terms, people can be held for up to 72 hours.

It is the piece of legislation which was used to hold Britney Spears after she suffered a breakdown in 2008. Mischa's family are said to be deeply concerned about her and are in constant contact with the hospital.

Report: Anna Sui Gossip Girl-Inspired Designs Still A Go At Target

The hotly anticipated Anna Sui-designed clothes inspired by the teen series "Gossip Girl" are still Target-bound and will still carry Serena and Blair lines, despite earlier reports to the contrary.

Cns previously quoted a report from the New York Daily News that said retailing giant Target pulled out at the last second from carrying the designer's "Gossip Girl"-inspired line in fear of being associated with The CW teen show. As a result, the Anna Sui line wouldn't feature the show anymore, though it would still be sold at Target outlets.

However, Target spokesperson Joshua Thomas denies the report, saying everything would go ahead as planned.

He said, "Anna Sui is the second designer in Target's Designer Collaborations program. The premise of the program is that the designer identifies a 'muse' to inspire his/her collection. Anna's muse was - and continues to be - the four female leads of 'Gossip Girl.

'The Proposal' actress - who was largely single until she wed motorcycle enthusiast Jesse James in 2005 -was warned off married life by her late mother Helga Meyer, who told her she should focus on her acting career instead.

She revealed: "Believe me, my mother was like, 'Don't marry. Have a career.' "

However, the 44-year-old star - who had previously dated musician Bob Schneider, and actors Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Gosling - adored single life because she loved her own company.

The 19-year-old 'Harry Potter' star loves the freedom of living alone, but is relieved to live close enough to his family for them to do his chores.

He said: "I'm living in south west London. It's lovely. It's a slightly rude awakening, like, 'Oh my God! I've got to do so much more for myself.' Got to do the washing. But I still live close to my parents and take it round there sometimes."

Michael Jackson Bulemic Claims Family Friend

Michael Jackson reportedly gorged on family-size buckets of Kentucky Fried Chicken before making himself sick.

The pop legend - who died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month - allegedly suffered from eating disorder bulimia for years. He would regularly eat large amounts of junk food before making himself ill just moments later.

Talking about Michael's memorial service, in which basketball legend Magic Johnson recalled a time when the 'Thriller' singer ordered a whole bucket of KFC to himself, a family friend told the Chicago Sun Times newspaper: "Michael was bulimic. It hit me when Magic Johnson was talking about Michael sitting on the floor with him eating Kentucky Fried Chicken. Everyone thought that was a great thing at the memorial service, and it was. Only thing, what Magic - and everyone else - didn't realise was that Michael then would have gone and thrown up all of that.
