Just as we predicted, politics were a hot topic at the 2017 Academy Awards. Starting with the red carpet and all the way through the end of the show, the attendees roasted Donald Trump every chance they got. Keep reading the see all the moments when the Potus was subtly - and not so subtly, in some cases - called out at the Oscars. »

The Oscars Accounting Firm Has Revealed Who's Behind That Best Picture Flub

On Sunday night, the unthinkable happened at the Oscars: the wrong winner was announced in the best picture category, mistakenly awarding La La Land with the honor instead of Moonlight. So much has happened in the precious few hours since the incident in question. Most notably, PricewaterhouseCoopers - the accounting firm that partners with the Academy and counts the votes - has already released an official statement. "We sincerely apologize to Moonlight, La La Land, Warren Beatty, Faye Dunaway, and Oscar viewers for the error that was made during the award announcement for best picture," the release read. "The presenters had mistakenly been given the wrong category envelope and when discovered, was immediately corrected. We are currently investigating how this could have happened, and deeply regret that this occurred. We appreciate the grace with which the nominees, the Academy, ABC, and Jimmy Kimmel handled the situation." When it comes to the fallout, »

The Cast of Moonlight Strips Down and Shows Skin For a Calvin Klein Underwear Campaign

Hot on the heels of their big night at the Oscars, the male cast members of Moonlight star in Calvin Klein's new men's underwear campaign. On Monday, the stunning shots were released, featuring best supporting actor winner Mahershala Ali and all three of the actors who portrayed main character Chiron in the drama: Alex R. Hibbert, Ashton Sanders, and Trevante Rhodes. While 12-year-old Alex stays covered up in a black t-shirt, 21-year-old Ashton and 27-year-old Trevante strip down for the cameras and show off their fit physiques in classic Ck pieces. Mahershala, for his part, was photographed peeling off a t-shirt (and we are not worthy). Check out the photos ahead now. 4 Stars Who Weren't Here For Casey Affleck's Best Actor Win

Casey Affleck took home the best actor award at the Oscars on Sunday, but not everyone seemed to be in a celebratory mood over the Manchester by the Sea star's win. Casey has been at the center of disturbing sexual assault allegations that made headlines late last year, and while he's still managed to rack up awards and nominations for his role in the film, the reported incidents haven't exactly helped the actor in the eyes of some of his Hollywood peers. Ryan Gosling's Sister Has Been His Date to More Events Than Eva Mendes

Ryan Gosling may not have taken his long-time girlfriend Eva Mendes to the Oscars this year, but he did bring another lady close to his heart: his sister, Mandi. The duo didn't pose together on the red carpet, but they did appear to have a good time inside the show. While everyone was buzzing about his choice of date, this certainly isn't the first time we've seen the blond beauty. Ryan has taken his big sister to multiple events over the years - he's actually been photographed with Mandi more times than he's been photographed with the mother of his two children. See some of the sibling's cutest appearances together here. »

Ryan Gosling's Most Charming Oscar Moments

As usual, Ryan Gosling's charming side was on full display at Sunday's Academy Awards. From the sweet moments he shared with his special Oscars date, his sister, to the adorable looks he gave his La La Land costar, Emma Stone, the handsome star brought his best to the big night. Leave it to Ryan to stand up and personally introduce himself to all those tourists that showed up mid-ceremony, then oh-so-casually offer them some candy. Even when things got awkward in the end (hello, best picture snafu), Ryan didn't take things too seriously. Check out Ryan Gosling's most charming moments from the Oscars, plus the best pictures from his big night. »

Every Lovely Moment Ryan Gosling Shared With His Sister Mandi at the Oscars

Our hearts broke a little bit when we realized that Evan Mendes didn't accompany Ryan Gosling to the Oscars on Sunday night, but our spirits were quickly lifted when he saw that he actually did bring a date: his older sister, Mandi. The two sat front row during the show and shared a handful or adorable moments together. In addition to giving her little brother a cute squeeze, she also couldn't have looked more proud when Ryan's name was mentioned in the best actor category. While he didn't end up taking home the award (he lost to Casey Affleck), Mandi kept Ryan laughing throughout the night. She was also right by his side during his awkward run-in with Justin Timberlake, and cheered him on during that whole best picture mix-up. Cutest siblings ever? Probably. 2017: The Year of Unfair Wins

Image Source: Getty / Christopher Polk Aren't we used to this feeling by now? I've been asking myself and my like-minded friends this question a lot lately, and it came up again on Grammy night, when Adele was called to the Grammys stage one final time, for her album 25's win for album of the year. Obviously, Adele is incredible, but even Adele was flabbergasted by the fact that Beyoncé's Lemonade - a history-making, multimedia, cultural touchstone of 2016 - didn't win. "What the f*ck does she have to do to win album of the year?" Adele herself asked in the press room, just after her win. We don't need to have the conversation of which album was "better" or who's the more talented between two of the most talented women of our generation, because we're looking at the bigger picture. When you look at the history of album of the year, »

Here's the Status of Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling's Childhood Friendship

Image Source: Getty / Kevin Winter Justin Timberlake opened the Oscars with a high-energy performance of "Can't Stop the Feeling," but one of the most memorable parts of his act had to be when he had a mini-reunion with his former Mickey Mouse Club costar, Ryan Gosling. Not only did the two appear in multiple skits together on the '90s show, but they were briefly roommates when Ryan's mother had to return to Canada during their stint on the show. While the duo looked quite chatty during a commercial break, things seemed a little tense when Justin shimmied his way past the La La Land actor. So, was Ryan's resistance to dance along all an act for the cameras, or do the two secretly have some unresolved childhood beef? Well, the answer is complicated. Even though the two aren't enemies, they aren't exactly best pals either. Shortly before their run-in at the show, »

Here's How That Oscars Tour Group Bit Went Down From the Audience's Perspective

The Academy producers have been attempting to top the viral sensation that was Ellen's Oscars selfie since 2014, and on Sunday night they gave it another try when they brought a group of unsuspecting tourists into the live show. Host Jimmy Kimmel surprised the tour group by walking them directly into the Oscars audience, where they shook hands with nominees like Ryan Gosling and even borrowed sunglasses from presenter Jennifer Aniston. Audiences at home watched the scene on TV with confusion and disbelief, but what was it like for the major stars actually sitting in the crowd? Keith Urban, who was there to support his nominated wife, Nicole Kidman, captured some of the fun on his phone and later shared it to Twitter. Check out his footage below and then relive the unscripted action here. Sharing the love !!!!!!!!! #Oscars pic.twitter.com/yCE64U98Cp - Keith Urban (@KeithUrban) February 27, 2017 »

Yeah, Emma Stone and Leonardo DiCaprio Would Actually Make a Pretty Cute Couple

Emma Stone had a huge night at the Oscars on Sunday, taking home her first Academy Award for best actress and sharing a handful of adorable moments with her friend and La La Land costar Ryan Gosling. In addition to thanking Ryan during her acceptance speech and meeting up with him backstage, Emma also had a cute encounter with Leonardo DiCaprio, who presented her with her Oscar on stage. Their chemistry both on stage and behind the scenes caught our attention almost immediately - wouldn't they be really cute together? Like, together together? We know, we know: Leo is currently dating Sports Illustrated model Nina Agdal, and Emma's ex Andrew Garfield was front and center to see her big win, but we can't help but ship them a little. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Are Cute Even When They Don't Know Cameras Are Watching

It's no secret that Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban love to show affection for the cameras. In fact, they've been making out and generally being adorable on red carpets since they first started dating back in 2005. Sunday's Oscars was no different as the couple brought the heat on their way into the Dolby Theater - Keith even grabbed Nicole's butt! But what might be even cuter is that the duo keep the Pda going even when they don't know for sure cameras are pointed their way. Keith and Nicole had their arms lovingly intertwined during the show, held hands backstage, and locked eyes more than once when they weren't focused on the stage. If that's not proof of true love, we don't know what is. »

Halle Berry's Oscars Night, From Steaming Up the Red Carpet to Stripping Down For a Swim

Halle Berry graced the Oscars on Sunday night, 15 years after she won the best actress award - and became the first black woman to do so. The 50-year-old actress made a stunning arrival on the red carpet in a Versace gown that looked even more beautiful as she graced the stage to present Damien Chazelle with his best director trophy. She switched into a shorter, sexier Versace number for the Vanity Fair afterparty, where she mingled with Moonlight writer Tarell Alvin McCraney. After heading home from the bash, Halle posted a video of herself slipping out of her dress and diving into her pool naked, set appropriately to the tune of Bruno Mars' "Versace on the Floor." The Inspiring Reason So Many Stars Wore Blue Ribbons at the Oscars

At first glance, you might have missed a subtle detail many big stars worked into their gorgeous red carpet ensembles at the Oscars on Sunday night. Among all the beautiful gowns and sharp suits, celebrities like Ruth Negga, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Karlie Kloss were photographed wearing light blue ribbons pinned to their outfits. The ribbons are a symbol of standing in solidarity with the American Civil Liberties Union, which has been fighting tirelessly against the president's Muslim ban (among his many other offenses). The blue ribbons are from the civil rights organization's "Stand with Aclu" initiative. Since the election in November, the Aclu has seen its membership numbers double to over one million, and the organization received $24 million in donations alone in the weekend following Donald Trump's decision to sign an executive order banning immigrants from a list of predominantly Muslim countries. Ruth's stylist, Karla Welch, made her and »

A Group of Storm Chasers Paid Tribute to Twister Actor Bill Paxton in a Beautiful Way

Bill Paxton tragically passed away at age 61 this week due to complications from surgery. The iconic Hollywood actor is known for his role in films like Apollo 13, Titanic, and Twister, and on Sunday, he got a fitting tribute from a group of fans. Bill, who played a former weather researcher and storm chaser in 1996's Twister, was remembered by a group of real-life storm chasers when they lit up Tornado Alley with his initials by coordinating their Gps locations. If you remember the film (honestly, it's a classic, so how could you not?), Bill's character attempts to study the inside structure of a tornado in order to produce a more advanced storm warning system. Wherever Bill is now, we sure he's extremely proud. The storm chaser community around these parts are pretty awesome.
