'American Idol' Top 7 Predictions: Which Singer Will 'Sail Away' from the Competition?

With this week's theme being "Competitor's Pick," American Idol could have easily turned into a night of sabotage. But it didn't. The Top 7 played nice, and even provided a ton of fantastic song choices for everyone to choose from. (You can bet that if this were The X Factor, Simon and Co. would've encouraged them to sabotage each other.)

What resulted was a pretty enjoyable night of performances. Sure, not everyone was amazing and most weren't on the level of Jena Irene, but I found myself having fun watching the show.

16 April 2014 12:17 PM, PDT

After the last episode's bananas cliffhanger with Slade telling Laurel that Oliver is the Arrow, we waited nearly all episode of Arrow for her to confront him about it. She would be quite angry about it the show kept teasing us all episode long.

'Person of Interest' Recap: Morality Bites

15 April 2014 2:10 PM, PDT

This week's Person of Interest, "Death Benefit," picks up from the events of the last episode. The budget info on Northern Lights has leaked, and the media is having a field day with it. Shaw and Reese aren't too concerned, because they're still getting numbers and thus still get to beat people up, but they do wonder what's happening to the relevant numbers now that the government has been forced to stop taking them. Turns out they're going to Root, who can apparently handle them just as well as the entire might of the Us government. She continues to have a crush on Shaw, and whisks her off to Alaska to kick some relevant ass. »

'Agents of Shield' Recap: A New Frontier

15 April 2014 2:09 PM, PDT

The Marvel Universe is a mess in these troubling times, with lines blurred between good and evil and only a handful of Shield agents left to clean it all up. The latest episode of Agents of Shield isn't heavy on the action after last week's game-changing intense-a-thon, but the developments are just as significant.

"Providence" is two stories that stay separate until they have to converge -- about two organizations moving in different directions -- and it focuses more on how everyone is dealing with the state of affairs. Who is giving up and who stays the course? Who is trustworthy and who needs to be monitored? There are so many questions and so few answers that you can only look forward and wonder what's in store for the remainder of the inaugural season. »

[Video] 'Glee': The Boys Learn About the Dangers of STDs in 1950s-Inspired Newsreel

15 April 2014 7:56 AM, PDT

Being in New York hasn't been the easiest time for the Glee gang. Kurt and Blaine's relationship has suffered since moving in together. Rachel and Santana were butting heads for a while. Sam and Mercedes were on again/off again left and right recently. Artie has been trying to maneuver the mean streets of NYC. And just last week, Kurt was the victim of gay bashing.

Unfortunately for them, it looks like this trend is continuing -- at least into this week -- when the guys get tested for STDs, and Artie receives some bad news.

The Tomorrow People sure knows how to keep our hearts racing. "Modus Vivendi" has everything ... love, sex, betrayal, blood and guts, re-animation of a frozen person, jealousy and a wise-cracking super computer.

Bathory declares a desire to strike a modus vivendi with The Tomorrow People. What is that, you ask? Modus vivendi is a fancy way of saying there will be a temporary agreement between warring factions such that they "agree to peacefully disagree" so both sides can conduct the business of life without threat of harm from the opponent. In other words, let's all play nice in the sandbox, capisce? But nothing is as it seems with Bathory, The Founder. Let's dig in!
