John D. Payne and Patrick McKay (the upcoming 300 inspired Goliath) have been hired to pen the script for Paramount's upcoming Deadliest Warrior film adaptation. The upcoming Deadliest Warrior will be the first time Paramount studios and Spike TV have ever worked together (both are owned by Viacom). The movie is based on the television show of the same name which is currently in it's third season on Spike. The show revolves around a group of computer and weapons specialists who use a detailed program to compile data in various scenarios and determine which historic warriors of the past and present would win when opposing another famous warrior.
