Le site USAToday a mis en ligne plusieurs photos de Mr. Popper’s Penguins la prochaine réalisation de Mark Waters (Les Chroniques de Spiderwick) qui nous promet le grand retour de Jim Carrey, qui incarnera ici Mr Popper, un peintre en bâtiments rêvant d’explorations en Arctique, décident d’écrire à de vrais explorateurs. L’un d’entre eux lui envoie un pingouin qu’il décide de garder dans un congélateur.
Cette nouvelle comédie avec Jim Carrey est adaptée d’un roman pour enfants, j’espère que le film sera vraiment à la hauteur de l’histoire qui franchement me plait bien.
Niveau casting au côté de Jim Carrey nous retrouverons aussi Carla Gugino, Ophelia Lovibond, Philip Baker Hall, Andrew Stewart-Jones, James Tupper, Clark Gregg, David Krumholtz et Angela Lansbury. Le film est produit par la 20Th Century Fox et sortira en France le 10 août 2011
