We’ve been bringing you the first images from films that will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival later this month, and today we have two films that will be premiering in-competition in the Us Documentary category: Beats, Rhymes and Life and Buck. Beats, Rhymes and Life marks the feature directorial debut of actor Michael Rapaport (Hitch) and tells the story of the rise and influence of hip-hop band “A Tribe Called Quest.” Buck focuses on horse trainer Buck Brannaman, who uses a non-violence technique that involves respect and trust to train his horses.
