Prepare for the mightiest battle ever between mere mortals and deities… again, as Warner Bros. has selected a release date for its 3D sequel, Wrath of the Titans.

The Clash of the Titans sequel will hit theaters on March 30th, 2012 – this time under the direction of Jonathan Liebesman, whose sci-fi invasion pic Battle: Los Angeles will hit the big screen next spring (and, hopefully, be everything that Skyline was not).

Zeus himself, Liam Neeson, confirmed that he will return for Wrath of the Titans, which will once again feature Sam Worthington as his (human) offpsring, Perseus; Gemma Aerton as the lovely Io; and Ralph Fiennes as the devious Lord of the Underworld, Hades.
