Back in August we told you that director Jonathan Liebesman (Battle: Los Angeles, Odysseus) would be replacing Clash of the Titans director Louis Leterrier for Warner Bros. upcoming sequel. The script was written by Dan Mazeau (The Flash) and David Johnson (Red Riding Hood), which was based on a treatment written by Mazeau and Johnson and Greg Berlanti (Green Lantern).

Now, actor Liam Neeson (Unknown, Battleship) who will reprise his role as Zeus in the forthcoming sequel, spoke with the Belfast Telegraph and confirmed that the second installment will be titled Wrath of the Titans. Neeson also indicated that they will start shooting the film next March.

Neeson said,

“I’ve only read half of the script and there is still some work being done – they’re on script 10 – but I think it’s going to be some kick-a** stuff and a very human story to it. We will start next March. »
