About two months ago Steve spoke with writer/director and franchise steward Paul W.S. Anderson who revealed that he was in the midst of writing the first draft of Resident Evil 6 (with the working title of Resident Evil: The Final Chapter).  Which makes it sort of surprising that Anderson and Milla Jovovich were set to travel to Cape Town, South Africa (apparently in the very near future) to start work on the film.  These giant movies often need a somewhat lengthy development process before they go into pre-production and shooting, so it’s a little bit of a head scratcher that he would have already turned around a few more drafts after that. But that was apparently the case until franchise star (and Anderson’s wife) Milla Jovovich became pregnant, a development that will cause something of a significant delay in shooting the film.  Right now Jovovich says they are »
