Lindsay Lohan Sues 'Grand Theft Auto' Makers, Accuses Them of Hijacking Her Likeness
If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, nobody told Lindsay Lohan.

The 28-year-old actress is suing Take-Two Interactive and subsidiary publisher and developer Rockstar Games, for a character in their popular video game Grand Theft Auto V.

According to Forbes, Lohan's suit accuses the game of making "unequivocal" references to Lohan through the character Lacey Jonas.

"The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years" the suit claims.

Lohan isn't the only star to take offense to her apparent likeness being used in a video game, as Ellen Page voiced her disapproval of the character Ellie in Naughty Dog's The Last of Us.
