Put on your gossip hats, The Daily Mail has something to say!

Apparently, screenwriter John Logan (Gladiator, The Last Samurai) is no longer the sole writer on Sam Medes followup to Skyfall, the newest of the James Bond reboot series.

Now it sounds like his script fell a bit flat and old 007 pros Neal Purvis and Robert Wade (Casino Royale and 4 others) have been brought on to polish. Apparently this is ruffling some British feathers and might delay the film. Writes the gossip site:

An executive associated with the Bond films observed: ‘Neal and Robert are only doing what was done to them. There’s no blood; no scars.’ 

Perhaps not, but I asked if there was turmoil. The response was this: ‘Let’s call it polite turmoil. People are getting on with their work, but we have to wait for the script, so filming won’t begin till December, »
