French series "The Returned" ("Les Revenants") is getting the American remake treatment here in the States via A&E, and a new star has just come on board. Read on for the latest!

Deadline reports that Jeremy Sisto is returning to his drama roots with a lead role in the 10-episode series. Sisto is known to horror fans like ourselves for his roles in films like Wrong Turn and May.

Kevin Alejandro ("True Blood"), Mark Pellegrino, Sophie Lowe, and Mat Vairo also star in Carlton Cuse’s A&E drama series "The Returned." Keith Gordon ("Dexter") will direct.

"The Returned," from A&E Studios and FremantleMedia North America, focuses on a small town that is turned upside down when several local people who have been long presumed dead suddenly reappear, bringing with them both positive and detrimental consequences.
