While The Avengers’ mid-credits villain Thanos is set to make an appearance in Marvel’s next Cinematic Universe offering Guardians of the Galaxy, the Mad Titan will play second fiddle to the film’s main antagonist, the Kree warlord Ronan the Accuser, playing by Lee Pace (The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug). During an interview with HitFix about his new film Halt and Catch Fire, Pace offered up a few thoughts on the cosmic bad guy:

“I’m really excited about this character. I mean he’s nuts. I mean I’ve never played anything like it and I’ve had such a good, it’s one of those things where you don’t know how to approach something like this.
