Catherine KeenerKiernan Shipka (“Mad Men”), Anton YelchinRiley Keough and Annie Starke will star as the dysfunctional family in indie drama “The Greens Are Gone.”

Producers are Adam GibbsAnnelise DekkerMichael Kristoff and Roger Pugliese with Patricia Quick, Megan Griffiths and Lacey Leavitt exec producing.

The film marks the directorial debut of Peer Pedersen and is set for a June shoot in Massachusetts.

Keener plays a matriarch who is pushed to her tipping point over the disappearance of her son (played by Yelchin). Shipka plays a bipolar daughter whose reality is warped in magical realism, while Keough and Starke play the troubled grown daughters.

“The Greens” also marks the film debut of Starke, daughter of Glenn Close.

Cary ElwesLois Smith and Ryan Eggold are also starring.

Pedersen has executive producer credits on “Lucky Them” and “Live at the Foxes Den.” He’s co-producing the upcoming documentary “Finders Keepers. »
