With Captain America: The Winter Soldier putting up huge numbers, it may seem like we're already in the midst of the Summer box office season. Formally, though, the season kicks off on May 2nd with The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and then runs through the end of August.As is tradition here at Box Office Mojo, we're starting the season off with a list of predictions for the highest-grossing movies. Titles are ranked based on their domestic box office forecast, though foreign predictions are included as well.The Summer will likely be dominated by high-profile sequels like How to Train Your Dragon 2, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
