Orphan Black returned to BBC America on Saturday night, without its freshman debut's advantageous lead-in from Doctor Who. For its first telecast at 9 p.m., the series averaged 620,000 viewers. That's down about 50,000 from the premiere last April, which had a 1.5 million boost from Who, though its Saturday showing ended up grossing 785,000 viewers with encores.
