Warner Bros.' upcoming superhero adventure Batman Vs. Superman is far more than a straight-up sequel to last year's Man of Steel, introducing a number of characters into this universe, such as Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) and Bruce Wayne's faithful butler Alfred (Jeremy Irons). The man responsible for bringing these icons together on the page is screenwriter David S. Goyer, who recently spoke about balancing several famous characters in one movie, and the pressure to get each one right.
