Blue Bloods is poised for a lift. The CBS procedural is expected to announce a multiplatform syndication deal, with Ion and Wgn America believed to have snapped up broadcast syndication rights and off-net cable rights, respectively, to the Tom Selleck crime drama. Bloods will likely begin airing in syndication later in 2014, after the series has wrapped its fourth season on CBS. The series will soon announce an Svod deal, too, say sources familiar with the proceedings. The same is believed to be true for another CBS drama, Elementary, which inked a deal with Wgna for exclusive off-network cable rights
