What happens when the makers of Trainspotting and Four Lions train their sights on the Met for a Channel 4 comedy drama?

Danny Boyle is up a ladder, looking down on the chaos he's created. Dust settles on what's left of a terrace house's bathroom, its plastic peach suite covered in powdered masonry and plaster from the recently demolished toilet wall.
