3 TV news quickies you should know. First, CBS has picked up a new drama executive produced by Morgan Freeman, titled Madam Secretary, which will follow the professional and personal life of a woman Secretary of State. Barbara Hall (Homeland) will write the script and co-executive produce with Freeman. No word on casting or Eta. Second, beginning this Sunday, February 2nd at 10pm Et/Pt, multi-hyphenate Tip "T.I." Harris Jr. and Mekhi Phifer join the third season of the hit Showtime comedy series House Of Lies. The duo will be featured in a season-long arc as childhood friends-turned-moguls Lukas Frye (T.I.) and Dre (Phifer) who hire Marty (Don Cheadle) to help expand their business empire. They each have very different ideas about the future of their business interests and Marty gets stuck in the middle.
