If J.J. Abrams, Lawrence Kasdan and Kathleen Kennedy are looking to shake things up and have their “Star Wars” movie 'Episode VII' stand out, they might just have find the right maneuver, and it's one in very atypical casting. According to The Wrap, Jesse Plemons, “The Breaking Bad” star (Todd, the pleasant, but kind of sociopathic criminal) who also had a small, but key role in Paul Thomas Anderson’s “The Master,” is being eyed for a lead role in the Abrams-directed picture. While the 25-year-old actor hasn’t secured the part yet, the actor is definitely in contention and is coming back to audition for the “Super 8” and “Star Trek” franchise filmmaker again (his first taped audition reportedly impressed).
