Sandwiched in-between the episodes of the upcoming "Star Wars" trilogy are at least two spin-off films that will deal with specific "Star Wars" characters.

Previously Yoda and Han Solo were the rumored characters that would be getting their own 'origin' films. Now, "The Venture Bros." director Jon Schnepp has thrown another name into the hat - bounty hunter Boba Fett. Schnepp says:

"One of them is Boba Fett. It is. I know. I know for a fact. I will never reveal my source, but it is the one written by Lawrence Kasdan."

Kasdan penned "Star Wars: Episode V - Empire Strikes Back," the film that introduced Boba Fett, and has been re-writing the screenplay for "Star Wars: Episode VII" alongside J.J. Abrams.

Part of Fett's origin was seen in the original trilogy, this spin-off film is thought to take place between the original "Star Wars" and "The Empire Strikes Back »
