The nominees for the 71st Golden Globe Awards have been announced with Netflix’s "House of Cards" and HBO's telemovie "Behind the Candelabra" topping the field with four nominations each. "The Good Wife," "Breaking Bad," "The White Queen" and "Dancing on the Edge" followed close behind with three noms each.

Surprises? Very few actually, beyond the various obvious musical chairs that could be played for the Best Drama Series nominee list at the moment with so many great shows on. Most of the few shocks were welcome ones such as Tatiana Maslany and Taylor Schilling's nominations. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler host the ceremony which is broadcast on January 12th.
