Benedict Cumberbatch, the cheekboniest actor to ever simultaneously steal the hearts of the global cinephile and fan communities, returns to his breakout role as a contemporary Sherlock Holmes in season three of BBC's "Sherlock," premiering on January 1st in the U.K. and January 19th in the U.S. on PBS. BBC has just released the first full-length trailer for the new season, which will run for three installments -- "The Empty Hearse," "The Sign of Three" and "His Last Vow" -- with Martin Freeman also reprising his role as Dr. John Watson.
