TNT’s Mob City got off to an ultra-modest start Wednesday night. Only 2.3 million viewers tuned in for the launch of former Walking Dead showrunner Frank Darabont’s 1940s crime drama.

By comparison, over the past year TNT’s Rizzoli & Isles returned to 6.6 million viewers, Major Crimes returned to 5 million viewers, Falling Skies returned to 4.2 million viewers, and freshman drama King & Maxwell launched to 3.5 million viewers. For those who are into Mob City, check out our interviews with Darabont and co-star Ed Burns.
