There's no program on television that takes more glee in the freer standards of cable than "Banshee," the Cinemax action drama executive produced by Alan Ball (late of "True Blood"), Greg Yaitanes and Peter MacdissiAntony Starr takes the lead role of Lucas Hood, an ex-con impersonating the new sheriff who was supposed to arrive to clean up the small Pennsylvania town of the title. There are transvestite hackers, Ukrainian gangsters, former Amish criminal kingpins and more, and the outrageous sex is only beat out by the more outrageous violence. Season two of the series premieres on Friday, January 10, at 10pm and from the trailer below doesn't look to be slowing down any. Take a look:
