Here's a chart of 2013's the highest grossing foreign language films, led by Pantelion and Lionsgate's release of Mexican filmmaker Eugenio Derbez's "Instructions Not Included," which is now the highest grossing Spanish language film ever. Beyond "Instructions," Bollywood films dominated the list, led by "Dhoom 3," which also was a record breaker: It's the highest-grossing Bollywood film of all time in both domestic and overseas markets (including the Us).
