USA network has released a trailer for its remake of Channel 4's Sirens.

The new comedy - exec produced by Rescue Me's Denis Leary - is based on the UK series of the same name.

Michael Mosley (Last Resort), Kevin Daniels (Modern Family) and Kevin Bigley (Bones) star in the USA series as three unconventional paramedics.

Channel 4's original Sirens - which starred Game of Thrones actor Richard Madden and Facejacker's Kayvan Novak - was cancelled following a single series in 2011.

Leary has co-written the Us adaptation with We're the Millers writer Bob Fisher.

USA's co-president Jeff Wachtel said: "Our new series come from some of the best comedic talent in the business, and reflects USA's style - with great characters, strong execution and compelling storytelling."

Sirens will premiere on USA in early 2014.
