A second video in which the star of Philomena resurrects her James Bond character to fight the MPAA's restrictive rating of the Oscar contender has been released – and this time, she's joined by Steve Coogan

Harvey Weinstein has unveiled the latest James Bond-themed clip in his ongoing effort to persuade Us censors to hand Oscar-tipped drama Philomena a less restrictive rating.

Last month the Weinstein Company issued a brief missive in which Judi Dench's M returns from the dead in an effort to persuade the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) to drop its current R rating for the film. Now 007's spymaster appears to have recruited Steve Coogan, aka "Agent 002" to her cause.

The latter is charged with travelling to America in the hope of convincing MPAA chiefs to allow Philomena to carry a PG-13 rating instead. After initially confusing the body with "the little orange guys who »
