There's some good news to balance out word that the musical adaptation of Big Fish will be closing in December. Disney Theatrical Productions has confirmed a new deal to collaborate with William Goldman on a musical adaptation of The Princess Bride. Goldman’s 1973 fantasy novel, adapted into the classic Rob Reiner film starring Cary Elwes, Mandy Patinkin, and Robin Wright, has been down this road before.
