The team of Jennifer Lawrence, Gary Ross, and Lionsgate has proven to be an extremely successful combination. Last year the actress, director and studio came together to make the adaptation of Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games and the result was a huge hit, ultimately making almost $700 million at the global box office. The trio broke apart when it was announced that Ross wouldn't be returning for the sequel Catching Fire - replaced by Francis Lawrence - but now it looks as though the band is ready for a reunion tour. Sources have told The Wrap that Lionsgate is now in talks to acquire the rights to adapt Hannah Kent.s period crime novel Burial Rites, which already has both Ross attached to direct and Lawrence attached to star.
