Harry Potter star Rupert Grint will make his West End debut later this year in a revival of Jez Butterworth’s Mojo at The Harold Pinter Theatre.  He will be joined by Ben Whishaw who has just starred in Peter and Alice alongside Dame Judi Dench, also a fellow cast member in Sam MendesSkyfall.

Grint, best known for his role as teenage wizard Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter franchise, has starred in indie flicks Cherrybomb and Wild Target and recently completed filming on Cbgb; a dramatic look at the New York City punk-scene and at the club at the middle of it all.  Completing the cast announcements so far are Brendan Coyle (Downtown Abbey) and Daniel Mays (Mrs Biggs).

Mojo is a black comedy set in a Soho nightclub in the 1950s and tells the story of a rock singer with star potential who gets caught up in the club’s lifestyle. »
