Jessica Simpson is a mom again. The singer reportedly has given birth to her second child, a baby boy named Ace Knute Johnson.
Us Weekly reports that Simpson gave birth by scheduled C-section in Los Angeles on June 30. "Mom and baby are doing great," a rep says.
Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson are no strangers to unconventional baby names, having named their 14-month-old daughter Maxwell. They did the same again with Ace, as his middle name is pronounced "Ka-nute." Knute is the name of Johnson's paternal grandfather.
Though Simpson and Johnson were engaged in Fall 2010, they've had to put a wedding on hold twice due to their two children. Now that Simpson has given birth to their second baby, the couple is planning to get married soon. »
