Glee season 5 getting rid of five original castmembers,new spoilers. According to a recent report from TV Line, Glee's upcoming season 5 will finally see the departure of five original castmembers: Heather Morris aka Brittany, Mark Salling aka Puck, Amber Riley aka Mercedes, Harry Shum, Jr. aka Mike, and Dianna Agron aka Quinn, who was pretty much already out of the mix as she only appeared in a few episodes in season 4. They went on to report that these castmembers may still show up as guests on the show,but as far as regular fixtures, they're out of luck. These characters graduated from McKinley High at the end of season 3, so it was already starting to be pretty apparent that they would get pushed out of the scene as the new class of kids started showing up.
