Paula Deen's career continues to go downhill. The former Food Network star's upcoming book, Paula Deen's New Testament: 250 Favorite Recipes, All Lightened Up has been canceled by its publisher Ballantine.
The news is actually surprising considering how well the book has done, despite the fact that it wasn't going to be released until October. Thanks to pre-orders, the cookbook was already a bestseller on Amazon.
Paula Deen's New Testament was co-authored by New York Times columnist Melissa Clark and featured healthier options for some of her famous dishes.
