Make room for baby! Actress Majandra Delfino, best known for her role on Roswell, is expecting her second baby with her husband, actor David Walton, their rep confirms to Us Weekly. “We are very excited," the couple told Us in a statement. "We think our 1-year-old Cecilia is excited too, but she can’t talk yet so we can’t be sure."
