Exclusive Actress Stella Schnabel will join Woody Harrelson and Ben Foster in Oren Moverman's upcoming cop drama "Rampart," TheWrap has learned. Set against the backdrop of the scandal within the L.A.P.D. Rampart Division in the late 1990s, the film presents a fictional account of a veteran police officer (Harrelson) caught up in the wrongdoing, and follows his search for redemption. The project reunites "The Messenger" director Moverman with his two leading men from that Oscar-nominated drama.
