Naomi Watts is in negotiations to star alongside Ben Stiller and Adam Driver (Girls) in the dramatic comedy While We're Young.

The story centers on a documentary filmmaker (Ben Stiller) and his wife (Naomi Watts) who begin to change their uptight ways when they meet and befriend a younger couple. Adam Driver is playing one half of the younger couple, with Amanda Seyfried emerging as a potential candidate for the other main role.

Noah Baumbach is directing from his own screenplay, with Scott Rudin producing. The project has been gestating for several years now, with James Franco and Cate Blanchett previously set to star back in 2011, before they both dropped out. Production is now scheduled to begin later this fall in New York City.

Naomi Watts, who received an Oscar nomination for her performance in last year's drama The Impossible, will begin production shortly on the biopic Diana for director Oliver Hirschbiegel. »
