The Glee star was spotted enjoying some fish and chips in his native Canada with his mom, Ann, and girlfriend Lea Michele on Tuesday. A source tells E! News exclusively the 30-year-old actor, who recently sought treatment for substance addiction, dined at Barb's Fish & Chips Floating Seafood restaurant in Victoria, British Columbia.
