It's the safest place to live

The Norfolk district of Broadland was last week named Britain's most peaceful place. The area has a population of 125,000, but only eight violent crimes were reported last year. Hardly "da hood".

… and the best place to study

University of East Anglia students have the best overall experience of undergraduate life. A new Times Higher Education survey asked 12,000 full-time students to rate lectures, staff, social life and accommodation. Uea pipped Oxford for the top spot.
