Peter Berg is heading to HBO. The producer has boarded Damon Lindelof's adaptation of The Leftovers for HBO, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Berg will direct and executive produce the dramatic adaptation of Tom Perrotta's best-seller, marking his second pilot this season. Berg's Film 44 partner, Sarah Aubrey, will also executive produce.
