2012 was the year of the Snow White showdown with Mirror Mirror facing off against Snow White and the Huntsman. This year will see two action flicks best described as Die Hard at the White House, thanks to Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down. And 2014 will be the year where two Hercules face off, as both Renny Harlin and Brett Ratner prep wannabe blockbusters about the Greek god. The two projects both promise a "grittier" take on the classic story, but each filmmaker is working hard to give his gritty Herc pic the advantage.
